• Fear

Vegetative signals:
• dry mouth
• High blood pressure
• Abdomen discomfort
• malnutrition
• excessive sweating
• Redness
• Tearfulness
• Knees weakness
• Swallen arteries
• Chest tightness
• Sleep disturbances
• Exhaustion
• Menstrual disorder (women) and decreased sperm production (men)
• Sexual disorders
• Headaches

Muscle signals:
• Tense facial expressions
• tapping on the table
• Tense shoulders
• Shaking
• Headache from overexertion, spasms
• Stuttering
• Distorted face, grimacing
• Muscle tension

• Fatigability


Physical signals:
• Chronic fatigue
• Headaches
• Back pain

Behavioral signals:
• Aggressive and argumentative behavior towards others
• Running away
• interrupting others, inability to listen
• inconsistent, irregular meals
• drinking alcohol and antianxiety drugs for relaxation
• abandoning friends
• smoking more than you want
• less sport and movement than you want
• avoiding doing tasks
• constant mistakes
